110% SuperBonus for lifts, mini lifts, lifting platforms and stair lifts

Until 30 June 2022 (with an extension up until 31 December 2022, for works completed at least for 60% in June 2022) is in force the 110% recovery of expenses, related to the construction and modernization of lifts, mini lifts and stairlifts which facilitate the mobility (e.g. removal of architectural barriers).

However, the intervention must be "driven" by other "driving" works of building renovation, improving the energy efficiency of the building itself such as insulation or replacement of the heating system.

The benefit is not recognized in the case of Superbonus for anti-seismic consolidation.
